Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm (informal 1pm finish every Friday)

Our charity provides services to help victims of domestic abuse and violence to feel safe and secure at home. We partner with local authorities, housing associations or charities, and are experts in helping people feel confident in their home environment.

We are now trusted partners running over 40 schemes in England and Wales, and due to this expansion we are looking for someone who is organised, empathetic, and has great attention to detail, to join our team.

A key part of the role is to talk to victims over the phone to arrange their visits, so our ideal person will come from a role where they have had a high proportion of phone work, with at least 2 years office experience.

The role will involve

Receiving referrals via email from local authorities, charities, housing associations and domestic abuse services.

Transfering the details onto joblogic, our internal database.

Working with the project team to call the clients that have been referred to establish the tenure of the property and availability for appointments.

Working through the list of private landlords to establish permission to make changes to the property.

Working with the project team and the Security installers to book appointments and route plan to complete target hardening for the clients that have been referred.

Giving feedback to referring partners if there have been issues or concerns at the property

Ensuring all emails and documents are stored correctly and any pertinent information is shared with the finance team.

Attending online review meetings with customers, reporting on the service with support from the CEO
